Our small but mighty breeding program features four mini Highland cows and one handsome bull, Prime Time. We’re currently accepting names for the Fall 2025 calf waitlist. If calves become available, details and pricing will be shared here first.

We offer a limited number of introductory riding lessons for children ages 3–7. These “never-ever rider” sessions focus on comfort, confidence, and basic horse safety in a low-pressure, hands-on environment.

We offer limited, seasonal animal transport between Colorado and Arizona — and points in between — twice a year, during Spring and Fall. Space is limited and routes fill quickly, so early inquiries are encouraged.

Almost Perfect Property Preservation offers expert land services—from site prep and road access to septic systems, trail building, and fire mitigation. We help turn raw land into functional, beautiful, and usable spaces.

Located on the beautiful Caracol Peninsula, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers sweeping ocean and mountain views. As we head south to Arizona for the winter, we offer our beautiful home ranch to rent. Only 15 minutes from skiing, and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy mountain living. Available November through May with an option to extend.
